Prise (or. middle english)~ a hold, grasp

These earrings were inspired by an old bronze Art Nouveau door handle, spotted on the streets of Paris.  The way the bronze looked as if it had been pulled by hand and twisted around, like elegant taffy.  We wanted to capture that same fluidity in a smaller form.  The beauty of these is that the little loop falls just below the ear and looks almost as if it's twisting around it for a hug... happy accidents.
